hi dodge man l m a 19 year old and l just got a 1999 dodge durango slt 2 wd 5.2 l m paying on it for 3 more years and it got about 83500 ml. whould it last been doing all manitnce and the pcm want out hat coast me 1069.23can you tell me what is going to maybe next and my drivers door the lock move up it dose not lock at all help plz !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

l am not the best by far,but l know a few things,you probably wont have to many problems from that truck if u keep the maintenance up real good on it,as for the actuator in the door it may have came off the lock part its self,it will still move the button up & down but not lock the door ,you have to remove the door panel though to even know if this is the case or not,that is not real serious problem though,usually just a rod came off,if its moving up & down that is a good sign at leas the actuator is working on it,remove the door panel & see what the rods look like on this one,you may find one off,good luck.

After seeing how much you paid for a new PCM, well you should start thinking about junkyards. That would have saved you ALOT of money. The junkyard l goto has sells a PCM for 30 bucks.

Guess what, Durangos are now showing up all all the cheapest junkyards. My pick and pull has 10.

Next time, try calling the junkyards when you need a part.
