l know it varies, but does anybody know about what the miles per gallon for a 95 dodge neon, 4 cylinder, would be??? thanks

mine gets about 32

l had one that got about 32 -36 on the highway and around 24 in the city and that was good considering the mileage it had on it if you find one that is in really good shape and running good with lower miles { less than 150 k } then you should get around 28-32 on the average with it,those are good little cars,the 2.0 was not a power house but a good dependable engine if taken care of,good luck.

l have an 2004 neon get about 40 on the highway and 26-30 in the city.The national average for it was 36 highway 29 city

Much of it depends on which engine ( SOHC or DOHC ) and which transmission ( 3 speed auto or 5 speed stick ).

l have been able to achieve up to 42 MPG with my DOHC/5-speed but that was really trying for best possible mileage ( 1997 Neon coupe ). More normal driving speeds and with city and highway mix, low to mid 30 is is a much more realistic number for me.
