l went to the dealer, did a test drive, did not like it, & did not buy it. The transmission shaft in the middle is too close to the acceleration pedal & pushing the foot off of the pedal. Entire SUV built kind of carelessly. Looks like they try to build it in a hurry. l would rather look into Japanese SUVs. l did not see too many Nitros on the roads either. People do not buy it much. Must be the reason. Many Chrysler SUVs have an illness, the oil pan starting leaking after 60k miles. At least 2 of my friends experienced it. One on the Jeep Wrangler, another on Jeep Liberty. Btw Liberty is almost as Nitro, l do not see much difference between these two.
