runs great in cool weather but the warmer it gets outside it starts backfiring through the intake when l shift gears and loosing power. The cooler it gets outside the better it runs and has great power. Ive changedplugs wires dist cap bug and rotor and no change. Also ive been running seafoam and hi octane gas and no change and throwing no codes. there is no fuel filter except the sock in the tank. Any thing that l am overlooking?????? thanks

dodge didnt put any fuel filter in line parts stores dont even sell them

not sure what the problem could be, but there is another fuel filter.

the one in the tank is more like a cover for the pump

Replace fuel pump module will fix this,expensive though.

check the egr valve on it when they get warmed up they wont seal off good and that will cause one to run like that, l did own a 95 model van just like yours and it would do this all the time we disconnected the egr valve on it and it ran fine ,if it does turn out to be the egr vale replace it though it will run a lot better with it than without it,that was a real common cause on those,good luck.
