l need to transfer gas from one of my cars to another, and have attempted to use a water hose, but the hose does not get close to the gas. It has 3/4 tank of gas. Any suggestions?

get about 10 of your friends and pick up the car, tip it to the right, and pour out whatever amount of gasoline you need

you can pick up a siphon kit at most boating supply stores, and sometimes home depot/lowes. its a little pump with a thin hose that drops down there and you just step on it until it pumps the gas out

on most of those you cant get hose in the tank on them,mine has a check ball in the filler neck to prevent you from siphoning gas from it,unless its been removed yours should have this also,but l have seen some that do not have it,if it don't, use a siphoning device and get it started flowing,good luck.

Some newer Chrysler is actually have a drain plug on the bottom of the fuel tank, if so, it is as simple as removing it & catching it in a suitable pan, if not u could jump the fuel pump relay in the power distribution center, disconnect the fuel supply line & route into a suitable container before hand. This uses the vehicles fuel pump to drain the tank.
Always think safety, & have a fire extinguisher handy, do not try this in an enclosed area, due to flammable vapor buildup.
