its called a petcox just screw it and remove the radiator cap drian it into pan not the ground

Probably on the bottom of the radiator. It is call a petcock. Look for a butterfly shaped device on the bottom. As you screw it in, it allows fluid to drain out. Also remove the radiator cap to allow all of it to drain more quickly.
