Checked all fuses in box also checked fusesunder hood.

This will be found in the ductwork, will have a plug with three or more wires. Used to be when it would fail, the 'high' position would still work, maybe there is a bad connection there.

you,ll find the resistor located on the heater box on that one about half way up,you can get to it,there should be two 8 mm bolts holding it on,if l remember right,good luck.
