97 dodge caravan-engine blows antifreeze out of exhaust pipe and when pressurized through radiator fill hole-

What is the problem?New engine time?
engine has 145,000 miles on it

Head gasket is blown (most likely) or head is cracked. Hate when that happens.

Have you drained the oil to see if there is coolant/water in there? 5 bucks states there is.

How many miles on the caravan? l would not be surprised to see 250k out of that engine. If it is near that mileage. New engine, or sell her straight up.

its more than likely blown a head gasket on it,it may not be time for a new engine but that one will have to come apart to be sure about i,with anti freeze coming from the tail pipe that is a good sign its either blown a gasket or cracked a head on it,good luck
