l have blown a second 2.7L engine in my 2001 Chrysler Sebring.l am definitely done with this motor.l am hoping that someone on here will know if the 2.7L and 3.2L swap can be made in the Chrysler the same as it is in the Dodge.Has anybody done this before and is it worth the time and effort.My second motor was a rebuild and blew up before 25,000 miles.We do needthe car, but is it worth it?If anybody can help, it would be great.Thanks.

its just about not worth it,you can switch those out though it will work,its just the cost of doing it that makes it unreal,your transmission & everything will work with it,and so will the computer,their basically almost the same engine,but with all u have already in that car it might be time to trade it or sell it like it is & cut ur loss while u can,your going to wind up with enough in that car to buy a real good car with a lot less problems,but that is up to you,i got one right now that is in about the same shape as yours is,it needs an engine & the owners gave up on it,so l wound up with the car for basically parts if u think about it its,not worth the amount of work & money its going to take to get it back on the road again,good luck with what ever u decide to do on it.

ur better off selling the car 2.7 is suck ud be better off getting a gm car with a 3.2 than swap.
