It is behind your glove box. You will need a ratchet set. l do not know what size because it varies. Your glove box will likely be able to be ''pulled'' out so you do not have to unscrew your glove box, but there are two screws holding the resistor in place. It is a really easy fix!

that one is located right next to the heater motor,i think those are two 8mm screws that hold it on,you may have room to remove it without removing the glove box,but be careful and dont damage the new one going back in with it,some people have broken the new ones installing them,good luck.
