l know absolutely nothing about cars/trucks.Is there anything l can do?And how much would it cost?It is a 2wd, too.

Take it to your dealer and have them install a trailer hitch and wiring and you are ready to go less than 500 $

uhual is an option id check out if l were you. they do installation,and carry all appropiate accesories that u might need.depending on how far & how heavy ur trailer is,the factory cooling may be adequate, or u might need a transmission cooler ( if automatic ). but from a rough standpoint, id go with a reese class 3 hitch/receiver. it allows towing up to 5,000 lbs ( 2.5 tons) & some models can be adapted to a class 4 rating (7500 lbs 3 3/4 tons ) 2 whl drive or 4 wheel drive is pretty irrelevant for most cases. along with the hitch youd need a trailer wiring harness,usually in stock at uhual. however since u dont have the tow prep package on ur truck, u might need to get the heavy duty turn signal flasher. ( if ur turn signal flashes rapidly, u need the h.d version )

Go to a trailer place and have a class II l hitch and traler light wiring and brake controler installed. About 400 bucks

You can purchase a trailer hitch and wiring and have it installed($200),do not go to your Chrysler dealer or it will be quite expensive,UHAUL is a good place to start looking for one.For pulling a small trailer with quads you should not need a trans cooler but you will need a trailer brake controller($100).Actually a 2wd will have a higher towing capacity then a 4wd,any weight added to the vehicle will decrease it is towing capacity.

you can get a really good hitch through any parts store for around 200 bucks that will easily handle this and having it installed usually cost around 50 bucks or so,that and wire it up should be all you need,two quads dont weight enough to warrant having trailer brakes on it,but they do help out on stopping it,some of the two wheel drive models will haul a trailer really good,good luck with it.

BUT l WOULD RECOMEND GETTING A TRANSMISSION COOLER NO MATTER WHAT, IT WILL KEEP TRANNY COOLER AND EXTEND ITS LIFE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR PULLING AND THEYRE NOT VERY EXPENSIVE AND ALMOST ANYONE CAN INSTALL OR IT SHOULDNT COST TO MUCH TO INSTALL ESPECIALLY IF GETTING HITCH ECT INSTALLED ALSO.
