My lights have went out on my truck and the fuses are all fine. Please if you know any reason why this woud happen help. The lights are also out on the dash too.

Sounds like your truck has a couple blown fuses. There is one that controls your dash lights and gauges, and 1 that controls the rear tail lights. Not sure if they all so control the front's. That is a pretty good start to figure your problem out.

if the lights do not work at all and the fuses are good then the problem is with the headlamp switch that operates the lights. most of the time the turn signals are part of that switch and its called a combination switch. the problem can be with the switch itself or with the power line to the switch. if the fuses are good its most probably the headlight combiantion switch

change the flasher it controls all of these
