my rear heater is not working but it blows cold air and the front heater works fine. l think is the ac door that is stuck on cold.what do you think

Your train of thought in regards to a blend door sticking is most likely the problem. Although repair is easy you might have to remove the entire heater box to repair, and that is a bit of a pain. Good luck!

could be a blend door, but does it have any coolant leaks? your durango also has an auxiliary water pump, close to the right side cowl area, that pumps coolant to the rear heater core. check and see if it works or is leaking.

Avidan is correct, check the auxilary pump. Ford man is stupid.

try this first pull the cover off the rear heater and see if its actually heating up before you try anything else then you,ll know if the aux,pump is working to pump the hot coolant back to it,if not then check the lines leading back to it and see if they are getting hot or even warm,by doing all this you can save your self a lot of time and aggravation,id say its more of a pump problem than a blend door problem with that one,good luck and happy new years.
