Currently l have 195-60-15 on my 2000 Dodge Neon.I am looking to get 4 new tires.Would 195-65-15 work?Is that too large?What would be advantages/disadvantages?What is the best for winter?

l do not know if it will fit or not but as far as pros and cons are concerned ( aside from clearance issues ):
PRO: slightly better fuel economy, softer ride
CON: decreased handling, speedometer will be reading incorrectly
Tire height has nothing to do with winter traction. The tire width and of course the tire compounds and tread pattern will determine the winter traction capabilities.
